When will my certificate be uploaded?
Certificates are typically uploaded within 15-20 working days after you complete your course and pass all assessments. You will receive a notification via email and SMS once your certificate is ready for download.
I forgot my registration number. What should I do?
Your registration number is printed on your admission receipt and course enrollment documents. If you can't find it, please contact your branch office with your name and mobile number, and they will help you retrieve it.
My certificate shows incorrect information. How can I fix it?
If there's any error in your certificate (name spelling, course details, etc.), please contact your branch office immediately with proof of the correct information. They will submit a correction request, and a revised certificate will be uploaded within 5-7 working days.
Can I get a physical copy of my certificate?
Yes! You can download the PDF and print it on high-quality paper. Some branches also provide printed and laminated certificates upon request. Please contact your branch office for this service. Additional charges may apply.
My certificate is not showing up. What should I do?
If your certificate is not appearing, first ensure you've completed all course requirements and assessments. If you have, please wait for the standard 15-20 day processing period. If it's been longer, contact our support team or your branch office for assistance.
