4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
IIWD follows a structured refund policy to ensure fairness to all parties:
- Before Course Commencement: 80% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before course start date
- Within First Week: 50% refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of course commencement
- After First Week: No refund after 7 days of course commencement
- Registration Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances
- Special Cases: Medical emergencies or other genuine cases will be considered on merit
5. Student Conduct and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain high standards of conduct and discipline:
- Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is required
- Damage to institute property will result in financial liability
- Use of mobile phones during class hours is restricted
- Academic integrity must be maintained at all times
- Any form of harassment or misconduct will lead to immediate termination
6. Course Content and Curriculum
IIWD reserves the right to:
- Modify course curriculum to keep it updated with industry standards
- Change faculty members as per availability and requirements
- Reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
- Update study materials and resources periodically
Note: While we strive to maintain the highest standards, course content may vary slightly between batches and branches.
7. Certification and Completion
To receive certification from IIWD, students must:
- Maintain minimum 75% attendance throughout the course
- Successfully complete all assignments and projects
- Pass all internal assessments and examinations
- Clear all outstanding dues with the institute
- Submit required documents for certification
Certificate Issuance
Certificates will be issued within 30 days of course completion. Duplicate certificates can be issued with applicable charges and proper verification.
8. Placement Assistance
IIWD provides placement assistance with the following conditions:
- Placement assistance is available only for eligible students
- Students must maintain good academic and attendance records
- Multiple interview opportunities will be provided based on performance
- Final selection depends on the candidate's performance in interviews
- IIWD does not guarantee job placement to any student
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to IIWD's course materials, including but not limited to:
- Study materials, presentations, and handouts
- Software, tools, and proprietary technology
- Course curriculum and training methodology
- Brand name, logo, and marketing materials

10. Limitation of Liability
IIWD shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Failure to secure employment after course completion
- Changes in industry requirements or job market conditions
